Discuss Your ProgrammeYes. The programme is shaped around the participant group, educational level, technical focus, duration and intended learning outcomes rather than a fixed package.
Depending on the programme, activities may cover flight operations, aircraft maintenance, airport and ground operations, aviation safety, technical workshops and visits to relevant organisations. The final combination is agreed around the group's learning objectives and host availability.
Depending on the agreed scope, Safeer can coordinate programme activities, host organisations, accommodation, transport, participant support and relevant documentation. The sending institution retains responsibility for its Erasmus+ project and related educational decisions.
We recommend starting around three to four months before arrival, particularly for larger groups or programmes requiring specialist access. Lead times may vary according to dates, group size, activities and host availability.
