The programme prepares candidates to support flight operations safely and efficiently, in line with the operational control requirements of EASA Regulation ORO.GEN.110(c) and the competency framework of ICAO Doc 10106 — the current international standard for Flight Operations Officer and Flight Dispatcher training.

Every module is designed around the competencies the role actually requires. Theory meets application, and application meets the environments our candidates will work in.

A structured four-week curriculum.

Modules are delivered sequentially, each building on the knowledge and competencies developed in the previous week. The programme is structured around the eight core FOO competencies defined in ICAO Doc 10106 and culminates in live Operations Control Centre practice.
